Existing commercial property with a large underground stormwater detention and filtration system requiring a full cleanout, multiple repairs, and filtration servicing.

• Confined space entry along with atmospheric controls.

• Cleanout of over 1,200 LF of 96” pipeline and several junction and overflow structures.

• The removal and replacement of 26 Contech perlite filter cartridges along with replacement of cast floor mounts.

• Transportation and disposal of over 40,000 gallons of waste sludge.

The project required multiple personnel and extensive logistics while maintaining operation of the on-site business.  

The project was a success as the detention system flows and filters as designed.
